Frequently asked questions
Where does the data come from?
Public records (county assessors, deeds, and lien filings), county sheriff repositories, and publicly posted social-media content in the groups you monitor. We do not access private accounts or paywalled records.
Is social listening legal?
We only surface content that's publicly posted. You are responsible for following the terms of any platform you engage on and for complying with contact laws (TCPA, CAN-SPAM, do-not-call) when you reach out.
When will my county go live?
We roll out county-by-county so we can vet data quality. Join the waitlist and tell us your target market — we prioritize based on demand.
How do I cancel?
During beta there's nothing to cancel. When paid plans launch you can cancel in one click from Settings — no phone call, no retention team.
Is this legal or investment advice?
No. Dantae is a research and workflow tool. Always verify records independently and consult qualified professionals before making offers or investment decisions.
