By creating an account or joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms.

1. What Dantae is

Dantae is a research and workflow tool for property investors. It aggregates public records, sheriff repository listings, and publicly posted social-media content, then applies AI-scored ranking so you can prioritize outreach.

2. Not legal, financial, or investment advice

Dantae is not a law firm, real-estate broker, financial advisor, or investment fiduciary. Nothing in the product constitutes legal, tax, or investment advice. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions and for verifying all information before acting on it.

3. Data accuracy

Property data is sourced from third parties and public records and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Verify independently before making offers, sending mail, or contacting anyone.

4. Your responsibilities

  • Follow all applicable laws — including the TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and state do-not-call registries — when you contact anyone based on data shown in Dantae.
  • Don't use the product to harass, defraud, or intimidate.
  • Don't scrape, resell, or redistribute Dantae's aggregated data without written permission.
  • Keep your credentials secure. You're responsible for activity under your account.

5. Beta

Dantae is currently in private beta. Features, pricing, and availability may change. We may add, remove, or throttle features to maintain service quality.

6. Payments

If and when paid plans launch, billing terms will be presented at checkout and become part of these Terms for paying users.

7. Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

8. Warranty disclaimer

Dantae is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

9. Limitation of liability

Our total liability arising from your use of Dantae will not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD $100 if you haven't paid us anything.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date.
