This page is maintained by Dantae to answer common privacy questions about how the Dantae app collects and uses information. It is app-owner editable content, not an independent certification.
1. Data we collect
- Account data: email address, name (optional), and authentication metadata you provide when you sign up.
- Waitlist data: email, target market, and role when you join the waitlist.
- Product usage: leads you save, notes you write, and alert rules you configure.
- Public-record and third-party property information displayed inside the app, which may include property addresses, owner names, sale history, lien information, and publicly posted social-media content.
2. How we use it
We use your account and usage data to operate the product, secure your account, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Third-party property data
Dantae surfaces information sourced from public records, county sheriff repositories, and publicly posted social-media content. We display this information to help investors research opportunities; you are responsible for how you use it and for complying with all applicable laws (including do-not-call, CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and state-specific rules) when contacting anyone based on what you see.
4. Removal requests
If you appear in third-party data shown in Dantae and want it removed or corrected, email us at hello@dantae.app and we will respond within 30 days.
5. Data storage and access
Your account data is stored with our infrastructure provider and protected by row-level access rules — you can only read and write your own leads, notes, and rules. Administrative access is limited to Dantae staff for support and platform operations.
6. Cookies and analytics
We use only the cookies and local storage strictly required to keep you signed in. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
7. Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account at any time by emailing hello@dantae.app.
